Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiatedandnbsp;lessons inandnbsp;French and/or Spanishandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;KS3 and KS4
- Foster aandnbsp;stimulating,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;language-rich environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;cultural awareness, andandnbsp;linguistic confidence
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform planning
- Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with students, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academicandnbsp;andandnbsp;personal development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;language clubs,andnbsp;international events, andandnbsp;cross-curricular projects
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teachingandnbsp;French and/or Spanishandnbsp;at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflectiveandnbsp;andandnbsp;adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;student wellbeing
- Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonalandnbsp;skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;team collaboration
