Job Description:

• Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiatedandnbsp;lessons inandnbsp;French and/or Spanishandnbsp;acrossandnbsp;KS3 and KS4
• Foster aandnbsp;stimulating,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;language-rich environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;cultural awareness, andandnbsp;linguistic confidence
• Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform planning
• Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with students, parents, and colleagues to support bothandnbsp;academicandnbsp;andandnbsp;personal development
• Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;language clubs,andnbsp;international events, andandnbsp;cross-curricular projects

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teachingandnbsp;French and/or Spanishandnbsp;at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
• Be aandnbsp;reflectiveandnbsp;andandnbsp;adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
• Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;student wellbeing
• Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonalandnbsp;skills
