Completely Care is a trusted provider of compassionate care services across Wiltshire. We are currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. This unique role is ideal for individuals with a calm and respectful manner, who are passionate about providing consistent, high-quality care. Note this is a female only service.

ResponsibilitiesProviding respectful and attentive personal care, tailored to individual needsAssisting with medication, meal preparation, and eating supportEncouraging and enabling participation in daily activities and gentle companionshipSupporting mobility and physical comfort with a caring, gentle approachHelping maintain a tidy, welcoming environment with light domestic tasksFostering consistency and familiarity in routines to promote comfort and stabilityDemonstrating a calm and peaceful presence

About YouExperience in care, particularly in personal support and companionship, is preferredA kind, patient, and composed demeanor is essentialStrong communication and teamworking skillsGood availability and reliability to maintain consistent care for residents
