This is a high profile role at the heart of a fast paced, fashion-forward workplace, and were seeking someone who can bring creativity, energy, and operational excellence to the table.You will be responsible for managing the end to end catering experience from breakfast and lunch service to pop-up events, hospitality, and food innovation. Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, inspire, and manage the catering team to deliver an exceptional food and service experience every day.Oversee all aspects of service delivery including food quality, presentation, staffing, compliance, and sustainability.Maintain a strong client relationship with ASOS stakeholders, understanding their culture and aligning catering services with their brand.Plan and deliver creative food concepts, activations, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with culinary and marketing teams.Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and supplier relationships.Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene, and allergen regulations are strictly followed.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability, wellbeing, and customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality leadership role (ideally within a high-volume, contract catering or workplace dining environment).
Commercially astute with strong financial acumen and a track record of achieving targets.
Inspirational team leader who draws satisfaction from developing, training, and supporting others.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong influencing and delegation skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Passionate about food, sustainability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A confident brand ambassador and collaborative client partner.
Strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset and critical reasoning skills.
