Experience required:2-3 years Break Press ExperienceExperience setting up and running a punch machine (preferrable)Radan experience (Preferrable, but training may be offered if needed)Job specific duties Ability to work from engineering and manufacturing drawings on your ownTo be able to program and use CNC bending machinesAble to use safely associated machines and tools eg (guillotines, rollers, stud gun, grinders, power files, drills.) Program and operate CNC brake pressWorking with stainless steel commonly up to 3mmA high standard of workmanship to be maintained at all times The company''s quality policies and requirements are to be maintained at all times Ensure safe working practices at all times Responsible for good housekeeping in your own work area To promote a culture of continuous improvement among the workforce, and implement such changes to reduce cost and assembly time whilst improving quality or ease of build.Essential Skills You will be programming the brake press to fabricate various products each with their own tolerances, dimensions, and unique information.
