Our culture is highly collaborative and flat-structured and free of traditional partner PandL silos –pursuing the best outcomes for our clients.About The RoleAs a Finance System Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing comprehensive, cloud-based financial technology environments for clients transitioning from legacy on-premise systems. With a focus on end-to-end architecture, you will align cloud ERP, EPM, procurement, billing, expenses, and order management platforms into a scalable, integrated enterprise solution that supports finance transformation goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect end-to-end finance technology environments for large-scale cloud transformation programs.Lead the development of target architecture covering ERP, EPM, procurement, billing, expenses, and order management systems.Assess legacy on-prem systems and define optimal migration paths to cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft, SAP public cloud, Workday, or NetSuite.Ensure integration strategies across finance applications, data platforms, and third-party systems are aligned and scalable.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and implementation roadmaps.Oversee selection and configuration of finance applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and industry best practices.Support data migration, systems integration, and performance optimization across the finance tech stack.Engage with business and IT leadership to ensure solution architecture supports long-term transformation goals.

Experience And Qualifications7+ years of experience in finance systems architecture, ERP/EPM implementation, or enterprise technology design.Proven experience leading cloud transformation programs involving Microsoft, SAP public cloud, Workday, or NetSuite or similar platforms.Deep understanding of finance domains including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, FPandA, and billing/expenses.Experience designing enterprise-wide integration and data architectures in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks, integration patterns, and governance models.Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.
