Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our team in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching German, French, and Spanish to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities:
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in German, French, and Spanish, catering - to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes enthusiasm for language learning and cultural understanding.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Implement a variety of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate language acquisition, including communicative activities, multimedia resources, and authentic materials.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Assess student progress regularly through a range of formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to support their language development.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a cohesive MFL curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as language clubs, cultural events, and international exchanges, to enhance students'' language skills and cultural awareness.
Qualifications and Experience:
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Proficiency in German, French, and Spanish, with the ability to teach these languages to a - high standard.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Proven experience teaching MFL at the secondary level, with a track record of delivering excellent results.
