Our client is in the final stages of negotiations for a roll out of projects across London and the southern counties. These short term projects are a "spike" in normal operations and so require an in flux of temporary Project and Site Managers for refurbishment and extension projects ranging from 2m - 5m in value. We are looking for experienced project leaders with experience in commercial, education and health projects. RequirementsCandidates must have SMSTS, FIRST AID and CSCS cards and be experienced working with tier one contractors and the process and technical responsibilities expected when working for a major contractor.
