In this position, you will lead a dedicated team, shaping the technical direction of the department while working closely with the wider Lifetime Planning practice. You will advise on: Income tax Capital gains tax Inheritance tax SDLT Complex non-resident or non-domicile matters You will prepare: Estate accounts Trust accounts Self-assessment returns IHT forms This role also involves cross-department collaboration with French Legal, Agriculture and Estates, Business, Residential Property and Family teams, reflecting the diverse needs of the client base.
