This role is ideal for Psychology graduates who are considering a future career as an Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Counsellor, Therapist, or Teacher and want to gain meaningful, hands-on experience before taking their next step.

As a Psychology Graduate - SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Use your understanding of psychology to help students develop confidence, independence, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
• Support students both academically and pastorally, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
• Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
