The Role

• Managing a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney

• Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax and succession matters

• Delivering clear, practical and sensitive advice tailored to individual client needs

• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Supporting the continued growth and development of the department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

• Demonstrable experience within private client law

• Strong technical ability and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• STEP qualification desirable but not essential

• A proactive and collaborative approach to team working
