Schedule and allocate repairs and maintenance jobs efficiently. Coordinate subcontractors and monitor their workloads. Liaise with operatives, supervisors, subcontractors and residents regarding appointments and work updates. Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure works are completed within agreed timescales. Manage cancellations, rebook appointments and resolve scheduling issues. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. Provide updates to the operations team on job progress and outstanding works. Deliver excellent customer service while supporting the smooth running of the repairs service.
