The ideal candidate should have full project participation experience and a background in managing development relationships with multiple game studios 1. Lead the production efforts, overseeing the entire tech gate review lifecycle of Level Infinite game projects from inception to postlaunch support.Plan and lead project schedules, milestones, and prioritization in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Develop scalable processes for project scheduling, prioritization, task tracking, and problem solving to achieve results while maintaining high standards of quality.Stay updated on industry trends and development methodologies to build an outstanding production culture.In-depth understanding of game development subject areas and pipelines, particularly in relation to AAA games and production.Familiarity with localization, quality assurance, submission, and build processes in game development.Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to build structure and order within the production process.English as working language to interact with stakeholders in various regions is a good plus.As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
