Principal IT are working with a global player in the Cyber Security sector that are looking for an Technical Support Consultant to join their team to provide technical support and consultancy to their customers. Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and resolve customer queriesDeliver ongoing consultancy to help customers maximise product valueSupport successful onboarding of new clientsDeliver training to both new and existing usersParticipate in customer meetings and calls, including pre-sales support for technical queriesKey Requirements:Previous experience in an IT support roleStrong experience supporting Windows environments at scale (Server/Desktop, Entra ID/Active Directory, Intune, Azure, DNS, DHCP)Good understanding of software and OS patch managementKnowledge of cyber security principles and toolsSolid understanding of networking fundamentals in enterprise environmentsBasic knowledge of SQL and database querying In return, the client are offering a salary of between 40,000 - 45,000.
