We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative (Afternoon Shift) to join a well-established UK courier and parcel distribution company based in Acton.This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous warehouse, parcel sorting, logistics or distribution experience who are comfortable working night shifts in a busy depot environment.What You ll Be Doing:Hand-sort mail and sort parcels into the correct routes and locations.Bag, label and prepare parcels for delivery.Move mail within the depot and load and unload containers.Scan items accurately and maintain an organised, safe working area.Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced depot team.What We''re Looking For:Previous warehouse, parcel sorting, logistics or distribution experience would be preferredMust have safety boots and hi-vis jacketAbility to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.Reliable with good timekeeping.Ability to work night shifts until all tasks are completed.Willingness to complete a DBS check (cost deducted from first week s pay)Must be available to start immediatelyJob Info:Night Shift: 16:00 - 21:00 Hours: 5-hour shiftWorking Days: Monday-Friday, Part-timePay Rate: £16.00 per hour (uplifted PAYE Umbrella)The candidates from the following background will be considered:Parcel Sorter, Warehouse Operative, Mail Sorter, Warehouse Sorter, Warehouse Assistant, Picker Packer, Picker, Packer or in a similar role.Ready to Get ..... full job details .....
