Canterbury Town Centre Monday to Friday Permanent Monday to Friday; 8am-4pm Up to £30,000 per annum dependant on experience (+ commission; both individual and collectively as a team) OTE approx. £40k-£50k Role: As our Trainer, you will be passionate and enthusiastic and will deliver mandatory Health and Social Care modules for new and existing in-house care staff. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs within health and social care that equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work effectively in the health and social care sector. You will work closely with learners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet both industry standards and organisational goals.You will be expected to: Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions, workshops, and courses in health and social care topics, including safeguarding, manual handling, infection control, and care planning. Complete relevant marking, follow-up administration and compiling training paperwork. Expected to build on our current training modules and help nurture a
