The child has an EHCP in place, and you will play a key role in implementing tailored strategies to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.You''ll work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and external professionals to ensure the child''s needs are fully supported in a positive, structured learning environment.The role: Providing consistent 1:1 support for a Year 6 pupil with ASC and behavioural needs Supporting the implementation of strategies and targets outlined in the EHCP Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENDCo, and outside agencies Encouraging positive behaviour, self-regulation, and emotional wellbeing Helping the pupil to access learning and participate in classroom activitiesWhat we''re looking for: Experience supporting children with ASC and/or behavioural difficulties (essential) A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting children who may become dysregulated The ability to build trusting relationships and provide consistent support T
