A track record of leading software and platform engineering teams to deliver real impactHands-on experience building or scaling products and platforms that deliver innovative, data-driven customer experiencesDemonstrable experience in evolving engineering teams into high-performance functions aligned to strategic business outcomesThe ability to engage with senior stakeholders – from C-suite to engineers – and bring people together around shared goalsDeep knowledge of modern cloud-native technologies (think AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring stacks) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)Solid understanding of architectural patterns that deliver highly-reliable and re-usable microservices and APIsA collaborative, pragmatic approach – balancing big-picture strategy with delivery focusThe extra details
