The role will be accountable for Commercial hiring.This role is highly visible to a large cross section of senior stakeholders, many of which will be in critical leadership roles that have a significant impact on the organisation''s ability to achieve key business outcomes. Acting as a coach and mentor to these key stakeholders will be an enabler for success and the Talent Engagement Manager will be looked upon as an expert in hiring, IandD, employer brand and data insights.Requirements:You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgement, accountability, and an ability to deliver through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ambitious and matrixed environment.Experience of hiring in and/or for France is essential and if you have prior knowledge of commercial hiring in this field it will be advantageous.Experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and to influence action and change whilst championing diversity would also be an ideal requirement.CPG/FMCG experience is desirableThis temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the dir
