We are working with a warm and welcoming SEN school that support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) and a range of additional needs. The Role: Primary SEN Teacher - SEMH Specialist Provision

• Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEMH and additional needs
• Delivering a creative, adaptable and engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles
• Supporting pupils who experience behavioural challenges or barriers to education
• Working closely with a team to support EHCP outcomes
• Building strong, trusting relationships to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour

The ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience working with SEN, SEMH, or alternative provision (PRU/AP) settings
• Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient approach
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
