We''re looking for a skilled and passionate
Chef de Partie
to join our kitchen brigade at a high-profile workplace restaurant in
Hull . As part of
Eurest.
You''ll be creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional, people-first kitchen that values teamwork, quality, and consistency.
If you''re excited about fresh ingredients, structured hours, and working with a great team this could be the perfect role for you.
What You''ll Be DoingLeading your own section in the kitchen prepping, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
Creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency.
Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations.
Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential).
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.
What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience as a
Chef de Partie
or a strong
Commis Chef
ready to step up.Passion for flavour, food presentation, and consistent quality.
Understanding of food safety standards, allergens, and hygiene best practices.
A team player with great communication and a strong work ethic.
A desire to grow and develop in a supportive culinary environment.
Assessment Centre Interviews

assessment centre

or
Wednesday 23rd July
