This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving production processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the implementation of innovative manufacturing solutions within a fast-paced engineering environment.Key Responsibilities- Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives- Develop and maintain production systems, procedures, and documentation- Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimise manufacturing performance- Investigate production issues and implement sustainable corrective actions- Support new product introduction and manufacturing process development- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement- Participate in projects involving automation, process optimisation, and equipment upgrades- Ensure all activities are completed in line with health, safety, and quality standardsRequirements- Degree or HND in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
