As a Service Engineer, you\''ll be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding, and upgrading a range of fire and security systems across commercial, public sector, and prestigious client sites.Your responsibilities will include:Servicing and Maintenance -

Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Lighting and related systemsFault Finding and Repairs -

delivering first-time fixes wherever possibleSystem Upgrades -

supporting compliance and improvements across client systemsTechnical Support -

advising colleagues and clients on industry standards and compliancePaperwork and Reporting -

ensuring detailed and accurate service/maintenance records are keptCompliance -

ensuring all work meets NSI and British StandardsThis is a field-based role with variety, responsibility, and plenty of opportunity to grow.About You

Proven background in servicing and maintaining Fire and Security systemsCompetent in fault finding and repairs across a range of systems (Fire, Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, Emergency Lighting)Strong electrical and technical aptitudeKnowledge of relevant British Standards and NSI requirementsIP networking experience (desirable)Team player with strong communication skillsWhat;s In It For You?
