Finance Continuous Improvement Specialist We are currently working with one of the largest farming businesses in the UK, based in Lincolnshire, who is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Continuous Improvement Specialist to join its busy finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, improving processes and finding better ways of working. The business is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, challenge existing processes and work closely with different departments to drive improvements across the organisation. The Role Working closely with the wider finance team and operational departments, you will review existing processes, identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions that strengthen financial controls and improve the accuracy of reporting. This is a role for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys problem solving and is confident challenging the way things have always been done. You will need to be comfortable working with different systems, understanding how information flows across the business and making sure improvements are implemented and maintained.
