You''ll play a vital role in empowering learners to develop their communication, independence, and life skills through creative, person-centred therapy. The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:Deliver high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services at both universal and individual levels.Assess and manage communication, eating and drinking needs using a range of formal and informal assessment tools.Work independently to manage your own clinical caseload.Support learners with complex communication needs, including the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).Collaborate with teaching staff to embed communication strategies into the curriculum.Deliver training, coaching and guidance to education staff to maximise student outcomes.Work closely with families and external professionals to ensure smooth transitions into and out of the college.Promote ..... full job details .....
