We are recruiting a Contracts Manager to join a respected social housing group in Suffolk, overseeing the delivery of planned refurbishment programmes across the housing stock. As a Contracts Manager, you will manage multiple workstreams with individual project values of up to £3m, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
