What We''re Looking For Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable. A caring, patient and supportive approach. Good communication and teamwork skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils. A willingness to learn and develop your SEND experience. Experience supporting children with additional needs or challenging behaviour is advantageous. The Role Provide one-to-one and small-group support. Help pupils access learning and develop their independence. Support communication, social skills, confidence and emotional development. Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual pupil needs. Help create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment. Provide personal care support where required.
