Practice Manager, Greater Belfast, Up to £35k Overview Pathway is recruiting a Practice Manager on behalf of an established legal practice in Belfast. Reporting to the Partners, you will oversee the day-to-day administration and organisation of the practice, supporting a team of 21 staff and three equity partners. This would suit someone with strong office or practice management experience. Previous experience and knowledge of a legal practice would be desirable. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day practice administration, recurring tasks and upcoming events. Support HR administration and maintain confidential staff records. Organise continuing professional development and maintain training records. Manage supplier relationships, contracts, renewals and professional subscriptions. Liaise with external IT providers and coordinate IT support. Coordinate website updates. Maintain practice policies and support the Partners with administrative compliance matters. Assist with complaints administration and record keeping. Coordinate file storage, retention and confidential destruction. Set up banking transfers during the bookkeeper''s leave, with full training provided. Finance Responsibilities The practice has a dedicated bookkeeper who manages day-to-day accounts. The Practice Manager will provide cover for setting up banking transfers during the bookkeeper''s leave. Full training will be provided.
