An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workshop Controller to join our team at Porsche Centre Silverstone. You will oversee our team of Technicians and support the team within the service department to deliver an outstanding Aftersales experience to our customers. You will maximise profitability by driving workshop hours and be responsible for workshop loading, utilisation, efficiency and productivity. The quality of work delivered is of paramount importance and you will be responsible for ensuring that there is a first time resolution for every repair. You will be an integral member of the Service Team and deliver the very best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional Aftersales operation. This is a full-time position which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you We are seeking a technically knowledgeable individual with an uncompromised understanding of the running of a very busy workshop. Previous experience in a similar or technical role isn''t essential, but is an advantage. You will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a team within a high volume prestige workshop. You must possess excellent communication skills and deliver results with enthusiasm and passion.
