The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take responsibility for the commercial management of a significant section of the project, working closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager and wider delivery team.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of your package of works.Cost reporting, forecasting and management of project budgets.Subcontract procurement, administration and account management.Managing applications, valuations, payments and final accounts.Identifying and managing change, variations and compensation events.Supporting CVR and financial reporting processes.Managing commercial risk and opportunities.Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial performance is maintained.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the client, subcontractors and supply chain.
