Health, Safety and Environment ManagerThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to oversee health, safety and environmental standards across a production and office environment.You will work closely with senior management and operational teams to promote a strong safety culture, manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support risk assessments covering both health and safety and environmental considerations across production and office areas.Identify workplace hazards and work with relevant teams to put effective control measures in place, covering areas such as fire safety, noise and equipment use.Monitor and report on Health, Safety and Environmental performance to senior management.Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.Develop and review safe working procedures in collaboration with senior management and production teams.Support the development and implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and strategies.Identify training requirements across the site and deliver appropriate internal training where required.Take the lead on accident and incident investigations, working alongside first aiders and relevant departments to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed.Maintain accurate records of accidents and incidents and liaise with senior management and the HSE where appropriate.Work alongside Production and Maintenance teams to ..... full job details .....
