North Star is a growing residential childcare provider supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, and this is a rare opportunity to take strategic responsibility for a portfolio of homes at a genuine point of growth. The RoleAs Responsible Individual, you will:Hold Ofsted responsibility for the quality of care, compliance, and outcomes across all homes.Support, supervise, and develop Registered Managers, holding them to account for practice standards.Lead on Ofsted registration, inspection preparation, and regulatory compliance across the group.Monitor quality assurance, Regulation 44 and 45 reporting, and improvement planning.Work with the leadership team on growth, new registrations, and service development.Build strong relationships with placing authorities, Ofsted, and partner agencies.
