We are a respected, long-established building services organisation who specialise in the commercial refrigeration and catering industry. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, values long-term customer relationships, and enjoys working within a supportive and traditional company environment.Key Responsibilities Carry out service, maintenance and repair works on a range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. ( Coldrooms,Ice Machines, Bottle coolers, display units, VRV, VRF, Splits ) Diagnose faults and propose effective solutions. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company procedures. Participate in the on-call rota and respond to reactive calls as scheduled. Maintain accurate job records using company-issued phone or tablet (no tracking enabled). Visit the office as required to collect parts, restock vans, or unload equipment.
