The successful candidate will adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs, ensuring all pupils can thrive both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver differentiated Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 Support students with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans Create a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external professionals Track, monitor, and report on student progress Build positive relationships with students, parents, and carersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching Science at secondary level Strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices Excellent behaviour management skills A patient, resilient, and adaptable approachWhy Work with Aspire?
