Aspire is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Science SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist provision in Kidderminster.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Science teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs to make a real difference in a nurturing and inclusive environment.About the RoleYou will deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons to students with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties. The successful candidate will adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs, ensuring all pupils can thrive both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver differentiated Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 Support students with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans Create a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and external professionals Track, monitor, and report on student progress Build positive relationships with students, parents, and carersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching Science at secondary level Strong understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices Excellent behaviour management skills A patient, resilient, and adaptable approachWhy Work with Aspire?
