As we work toward Ofsted registration and launch in 2026, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager who will be instrumental in shaping the home''s culture, safeguarding standards, and long-term outcomes. About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of Inspire to Grow Children''s Home. You will ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted Regulations, the Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and the Quality Standards.
