Assess, record and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform planning. Prepare and review Individual Learning Plans and contribute to Annual Reviews. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning. Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment. Teamwork and Pastoral Care Work collaboratively with colleagues, LSAs and external professionals. Lead and deploy support staff effectively. Support pupils SEND and pastoral needs. Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing. Professional Responsibilities Contribute to school improvement and self-evaluation.
