TSR Ipswich Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 (HGV 1)Night drivers to support our highly reputable client in Thetford.

We are looking for reliable drivers for  night shifts, Monday to Friday – no weekend work required.

Shifts start between 17:00- 18:30 each night.

The Role:

• Curtainsider work

• Double Decker work

• Ongoing work throughout the year (peak demand March–November)

• Could involve multi-drop depending on client requirements

  • Generally 1 drop per shift (trunk run)

• Average shift lengths:10 hours 

This client requires drivers all year round. For the right driver who fits well with the team, there is potential for ongoing regular work and possibly a permanent position.

The client is looking for consistent, reliable drivers, so living locally to Thetford is advantageous.

Pay & Benefits:

• From £19.00 per hour

• All pay types accepted

• Monday to Friday work – no weekends

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (HGV 1) Licence

• Full CPC & Digital Tacho Card

• Maximum 6 points for minor offences (No DD, IN, TT or DR codes)

• Minimum 12 months HGV driving experience
