The Role and Deliverables Develop and deploy predictive models to support customer, marketing, and commercial initiatives. Analyse large customer and transactional datasets to identify actionable business insights. Build segmentation, propensity, forecasting, and recommendation models. Partner with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and commercial teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the ongoing improvement of data science best practices and model performance monitoring. Your Skills and Experience Strong experience applying data science techniques within a commercial environment. Advanced Python skills for statistical analysis, machine learning, and data manipulation. Strong SQL capabilities and experience working with large-scale datasets.
