Commercial Gas Engineer Location: BanburySalary: £47,000 + Package We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established building services team, working across a range of commercial sites. This is a varied role suited to an engineer with a strong commercial gas background who is also confident electrically. Alongside commercial heating and gas equipment, you will work across associated HVAC plant, so experience with AHUs, packaged systems and mini-split air conditioning systems would be highly advantageous. The Role You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair of commercial heating and HVAC equipment across a portfolio of commercial sites. Typical equipment may include: Commercial boilers and heating systems Gas-fired plant Pumps and associated controls AHUs, including gas-fired heating sections Packaged HVAC systems Mini-split and split air conditioning systems General mechanical building services equipment You will be expected to diagnose faults independently, carry out repairs and servicing, and provide a high standard of service to customers. Essential Requirements You must have: Proven experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer Current commercial gas qualifications/tickets Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience Three-phase electrical experience Experience working safely on electrical and mechanical plant Full UK driving licence Relevant commercial gas qualifications ..... full job details .....
