Multi-Drop Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join a busy and well-established delivery operation in Bedford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional HGV Driver looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work, competitive pay and a permanent position.

As a Multi-Drop Class 2 Driver, you will work alongside a Driver’s Mate, completing deliveries to customers across Bedford and the surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing multi-drop Class 2 deliveries alongside a Driver’s Mate

• Safely delivering and unloading customer orders

• Collecting empty kegs, pallets and customer returns

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks

• Completing delivery paperwork and EPODs

• Maintaining regular communication with the Transport Management team

• Complying with tachograph and drivers’ hours regulations

• Following all company Health & Safety procedures

• Providing professional and friendly customer service

The standard working pattern is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak periods.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Minimum 12 months’ Class 2 driving experience

• Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence

• Valid Driver CPC

• Good knowledge of Bedford and the surrounding areas

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A reliable, professional and safety-focused approach

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable

• £18.00 – £23.00 per hour

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday to Friday working pattern

• Regular work with an established client

• Driver’s Mate support on deliveries

• Occasional weekend work during peak periods
