Software Developer (.NET)
Location: Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11)
Salary: -35,000 - -45,000 (DOE)
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week | Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH after probation)

The Role
As a Software Developer, you''ll play a key role across the full software development lifecycle, working with modern Microsoft technologies to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing software solutions in line with best practices
• Developing and maintaining applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs and SQL Server
• Participating in analysis, development, testing and deployment activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
• Taking part in code reviews and contributing to high coding standards
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and suggesting improvements

About You
We''re looking for a developer who enjoys problem-solving and working as part of a team.
You''ll ideally have:

• 2 plus years'' commercial experience in software development
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC and Web APIs
• Solid SQL Server (MSSQL) experience, including writing efficient queries
• A keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Confidence working with third-party documentation and system integrations
