The role sits within a Property Services function managing several thousand council owned homes, including general needs housing, older persons accommodation and temporary accommodation. The focus of the role is the delivery and recording of stock condition data to support compliance, investment planning and future programme delivery. This is a hands on surveying role suited to someone confident working at pace across occupied housing stock and comfortable using digital systems to record findings on site.
