Supply Desk are seeking a teaching assistant for a primary school in Eastleigh

Starting from November 2025 andnbsp;- July 2026

Pay - andpound;85 - andpound;95 per day

Hours: 8:30 andndash; 3:30

Supply Desk are currently working with a small 1.5 form entry school based in the Eastleigh area who are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support them with interventions, English and Maths. This school is Ofsted rated andldquo;Goodandrdquo; and has a warm and inclusive ethos that supports all children.

Job Description:

• Desire to work throughout Junior ages ranges andnbsp;(7-11 year olds)
• Working with small groups delivering interventions such as Spelling, Reading, Maths and Literacy
• ICT literate and able to support children with simple ICT tasks
• Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
• Location: Eastleigh
• Start Date: November 2025
• Contract Length:andnbsp;Long Term andndash;andnbsp;Potential to become permanent
• Hours:andnbsp;08:30 -3:30 Monday andndash; Friday

Individual Profile:

• A nurturing and caring nature
• GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
• Experience of working with children/young people preferably in a school setting
• Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
• Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
• First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
