Account Manager

What You’ll Do
- Grow market share by nurturing existing relationships and proactively developing new business.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring flawless execution of our products at every distribution point.
- Identify customer objectives and create collaborative business plans that drive mutual value.
- Lead engaging trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and advocacy.
- Use market insights and data to stay ahead of trends and execute strategies effectively.
- Monitor customer buying patterns and report valuable insights to management teams.
- Host training sessions and tastings to inspire and educate trade partners.
- Spend the majority of your time in the field, making a visible impact on sales and brand presence.
What You Bring
- Proven success as an On Trade Account Manager with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
- Strong judgment and maturity, with first-class problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple priorities both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for the premium food & beverage industry.
What Would Make You Stand Out
- Experience developing creative marketing strategies within the drinks or F&B sector.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in the artisan and premium marketplace.
- Leadership experience in mentoring or training others.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an On Trade Account Manager
- Education: Degree preferred but not essential.
