This is a hands-on role within the waste industry, you will be analysing, checking and testing incoming loads, processing hazardous and non-hazardous waste, insuring segregation and storage of hazardous waste meets requirements, labelling waste and completing documents on all incoming and outgoing chemical materials.This role would suit experienced waste chemists with 2+ years of experience.Working Hours: 40 hour week - Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times, 25 days holiday + bank holidays Role / DescriptionAsses, segregate and batch up wasteProvide laboratory and analytical support for all site operationsAnalysing and test all incoming waste and outgoing waste streamsEnsure all waste is correctly labelled and documentedContribute to site health and safety standards by using the correct PPE at all timesWork closely with site operatives to ensure the safe and efficient processing, storage, and transfer of wasteCo-operate with site management in improving the plants operational standardsRequirementsMinimum HNC in ChemistryWilling to work outside in all weathersGood work ethic, hands-on approach and a willingness to learnFul
