Immediate start available We''re recruiting an experienced Adults Occupational Therapist to provide short-term cover within a busy Reablement Team in Southampton. This is a hands-on role supporting adults with care and support needs to regain independence, improve daily living skills, and remain safely at home. You''ll be working in a fast-paced community setting alongside health and social care professionals. What the role involves:? Adult OT assessments, care planning, and reviews? Supporting independence and reablement goals? Equipment and minor adaptations recommendations? Multi-disciplinary working across health and social care? Supervising OT Assistants and/or students where required What we''re looking for:? Qualified Occupational Therapist (Dip/BSc or equivalent)? HCPC registered? Community health or social care experience? Confident managing a varied and unpredictable caseload? Able to travel within Southampton
