Underwriting Support Administrator Our client, a well-established financial mutual, is seeking a Underwriting Support Administratorto join their Operations team, reporting to the Operations Director. The role is responsible for collecting and processing medical and lifestyle information to generate one-off premiums for client care plans, preparing and sending quotes to Financial Advisers, processing applications, and providing ongoing administrative support for active plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused administrator from an insurance, financial services or care background who is confident handling sensitive information and enjoys varied, relationship-led work across advisers, clients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Gather and verify medical, lifestyle and personal information to calculate one-off care plan premiums Input data into underwriting and premium calculation tools to generate accurate quotes Send quotes to Financial Advisers and respond promptly to queries Review completed acceptances for accuracy, following up on any outstanding information Maintain accurate records for active plans, including amendments, updates and annual existence checks Process death notifications sensitively, verifying documentation and updating records and payments accordingly Liaise with family representatives, care providers, Financial Advisers and internal teams Work closely with finance to ensure accurate billing, payments and record management Act as ..... full job details .....
