The Third Part Logistics Commercial Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance for the warehouse and transport operations across all sites. This role focuses on developing profitable customer relationships, managing warehouse and transport pricing and contracts, overseeing all invoicing and debt management, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that warehouse and transport services are delivered in a cost-effective and commercially sustainable way. They will closely monitor all expenditure and ensure value is realised by the operational teams. Transparent reporting of all operations will be collated and published on a weekly and monthly basis. The role works closely with operations, account management and finance teams to align service delivery with commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve revenue, margin, and customer retention. Monitor market trends, pricing, and industry developments within the logistics sector. Identify opportunities to expand services and customer base.
