Diabetes 121 Nursery SEN Teaching Assistant Camden Full-time, Term-time onlyASAP Start A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Enfield is seeking a confident and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team, providing 1:1 support for a young child with Type 1 Diabetes In YR5 The RoleYou will be working closely with a child YR5, providing consistent 1:1 support with their medical needs, including monitoring blood glucose levels and supporting insulin administration. You will also help the child participate fully in daily activities and routines, ensuring they are safe, engaged, and happy in the nursery environment. In addition to 1:1 support, you will be an integral part of the YR5 Team, contributing to the daily running of the class and supporting other pupils as needed. Strong behaviour management is essential for this role, as well as a calm, proactive and reassuring approach to working with young children.
