As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of our projects, ensuring all of our planned refurbishment projects are completed on time and in budget. A proven Quantity Surveyor who has experience, ideally within the commercial refurbishment/fit out or construction sectors. A degree in Quantity Surveying, or currently completing one A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement. Full UK''s driving license Key Responsibilities: Assisting with cost planning and cost reporting across multiple projects. Tracking actual costs against budgets and forecasts.
