The Role:Due to a sustained increase in instructions, the firm is now looking to expand its Housing Litigation team. You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of housing matters, including:Defending disrepair claimsPossession proceedingsCivil injunctionsEnvironmental Protection Act (EPA) claimsAnti-social behaviour (ASB) issuesFraud investigationsYou''ll also support the team with a broad range of property litigation work, such as neighbour disputes, party wall issues, leasehold disputes, adverse possession, and matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
